Afternoon Learning TODAY!

Im' out of time to write much about today... but wanted to share some of our experiences and centers today. We had SO much fun!!!

 

Question of the day?

Here is a picture of our special helper wall. Some of the old jobs still in place are: Flag holder and Line Leader. Has your child mentioned they did a job for the day? The teacher keeps track of who has had a turn on the list. Students are excited each day to see who will get to help out with the meeting!  The new jobs are: ABC tree- student picks a letter from the blue box and places it on the tree. Then we use our ABC book to find things that begin with that letter sound. Question reporter: This person's job is to report the findings from the question of day. Students answer a question upon arrival. The reporter announces to the class the findings and the teacher writes it in the message of the day. The reporter must also report most and least.
